CANCELATION POLICIES + FEES
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. I am committed to providing you with exceptional service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. I value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification could be charged in full for the scheduled service and will be required to pay a deposit of ½ the cost of the service in order to reschedule.
I regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full-service fees.
When you schedule your appointment with me, you are agreeing to these policies.
PRICES AND SERVICES
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. I will do my best to keep my clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
I accept Cash, Check or American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit cards for payment. All returned checks will have a $30 return fee.
SERIES OF TREATMENTS / PACKAGES
All packages are non-refundable. I am unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased. I will, however, exchange them for a spa service of equal value.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased in person or by phone, 502.551.4588. They can then be given in the form of a printable gift certificate or given as a gift credit card. Unfortunately, I am unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. All sales are final. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment.
CELL PHONES
I kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your “very soft spa voice” once you enter the spa. Thank you in advance!
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
Green Space has the right to refuse an appointment or client should I feel that it is not in the best interest of the client or staff to perform any given treatment.
